YOUR BEDROOM. Our carpeted bedrooms are the largest of all local student complexes. These are lockable and only accessible by you. We provide a ceiling fan, a king single bed and comfortable mattress, a large 2 drawer clothes cabinet, large desk with drawers and book shelf, desk chair, lamp, ceiling fan and timber blinds, and a large wardrobe also with clothes shelves and hangers. There are internet, telephone and TV wall plugs and numerous power outlets. Please note that bedding is not provided, and we can arrange this on your behalf, please mention this during correspondence.
YOUR BATHROOM is for your exclusive use. There is a vanity, toilet and shower, towel rail, power outlets and extraction fan. Tiled floors.
MODERN KITCHEN. Fully equipped with large 420 litre fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fan forced oven, cooktop, rangehood, pots & pans, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle. Tiled floors.
PANTRY/HALL CUPBOARD. There is a shelf for all of you dry foods, as well as extra storage. Also included is a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, large hot water system, fire blanket and extinguisher.
LOUNGE/DINING. Our furniture is modern and includes comfortable lounge furniture, coffee and lamp tables, modern digital TV (USB play/record), ceiling fan, access intercom. Tiled floors.
In the dining area is a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookcase and is decorated with quality wall prints. Tiled floors.
INTERNET is unlimited with ultra-fast fibre optic to every apartment.
YOUR SAFETY is paramount. There are electrical safety switches and smoke detectors, our heat detectors are linked to the QLD Fire Service. On-site management is always available to you 24 hours in case of emergency. Our complex is security gated.
